Tom is a High-Performance Coach with over 14 years of experience working with national and international level athletes. Tom dedicated his career to helping aspiring athletes reach their full potential. His journey has taken him across the globe, working with professional tennis players, soccer academies and AFL footballers.

Tom’s passion lies in creating individualised training programs that not only build physical and mental strength, but also empower athletes to excel in their sport. Whether you’re aiming to go pro or simply want to elevate your game, Tom is here to guide you every step of the way.

Unfortunately, many aspiring and professionals lack access to elite coaching that is typically reserved for elite professionals, leaving a gap in their development. WHAT DO THE ONLINE COACHING SUBSCRIPTIONS INCLUDE?

Our Online High-Performance Coaching services provide individualised strength & conditioning programs, warm-up and recovery strategies, 24/7 WhatsApp access (time zone pending) to Coach Tom, and daily updates to your program to accommodate for any changes to your training and match schedule, facilities and physical readiness.

HOW IS the COACHING TAILORED TO MY INDIVIDUAL NEEDS?

Upon signing up, we arrange a time to meet online to discuss your current fitness level, training history, goals, current training limitations, injuries, your training facilities and equipment. Based on this information, we create a personalized training program using our unique coaching system, that is updated daily to align with your goals.

HOW DOES THE 24/7 Whatsapp access work?

You have direct access to Coach Tom for ongoing support, feedback, and program adjustments to your training program. We strive to respond promptly, keeping time zone differences in mind to ensure seamless communication.

WHAT KIND OF RESULTS CAN I EXPECT?

As we continue to refine and master our coaching system, we’ve seen athletes achieve significant improvements quickly. For instance, one tennis player won her first 27 matches after we started working together, leading to her first career Masters Final and Billie Jean King Cup debut. While this is an exceptional example, we often see notable progress, particularly among amateur and semi-professional athletes. This success comes from our holistic approach - focusing not just on strength and conditioning, but also on optimising your entire training schedule and preparation by identifying key areas for improvement.

WHAT CONSULTING SERVICES DO YOU OFFER SPORTS TEAMS, ACADEMIES & COLLEGIATE ATHLETIC PROGRAMS?

We provide tailored consulting services to sports teams, academies, and collegiate athletic programs focusing on performance optimization, athlete and coach development, and team success.  

Our expertise includes customised strength and conditioning programs, seasonal planning and periodisation, performance monitoring and implementing load management and injury prevention strategies.

We work closely with coaches and the athletic staff to ensure a seamless integration of these programs into existing systems, helping teams and athletes reach their full potential.  We also provide coaching education and mentorship, on-site visits and assessments, and regular consulting meetings to provide our coaches hands-on support.

Yes, our subscription packages are flexible, allowing you to switch or cancel your subscription anytime. We understand that training needs may change, and we are here to accommodate for those changes.
